EPEF Grant Application


By completing this form, you understand that EPEF can only grant funds to EPSD employees or other nonprofits (students must have district staff sponsors) and that all grant requests must be shown to the applicant's EPSD principal or the superintendent for approval to prevent redundancies and assure capacity to fulfill.  

The more detailed and specific the information that you provide to our Board in this initial application, the more efficient we can be with funding your grant.
 

Also, please note that a quick follow-up will be required from you upon completion of the project, we encourage you to provide photos and comments regarding the project to be used for marketing purposes.
